friends. sev isn't exactly the friendliest or most affectionate individual. that isn't to say he's mean or cruel -- he just has very flat emotional affect and tends not to be terribly emotive. when you pair that lack of emotion with the awkwardness he feels in 99.9% of social interactions, it's unsurprising to see how few friends he has. it takes him a lot of time to really warm up to someone, but he secretly craves the companionship of at least one good friend -- preferably someone higher energy who can give him some reason to keep going. it would take a while for him to really grow close to anyone, but someone a lot more direct and energetic would probably complement his low-key personality very well!
enemies. just as he lacks the energy to really actively pursue friendship, he's also remarkably passive when it comes to making foes. if anything, he tends to irritate certain people by not being reactive or friendly, and some people probably mistake his lack of emotion for coldness or rudeness. like with a friendship, it would probably take a more direct/passionate person to pursue this sort of relationship; a one-sided dislike could eventually be returned if the person pushed sev's buttons enough.
romance. he has the shittiest track record when it comes to love. he's known it a grand total of once -- and that single time was something that consumed him entirely. he fell for his best friend of all people -- perhaps another reason he's hesitant to pursue friendship -- and spent years dealing with the powerful, one-sided crush that developed. this friend was the definition of an uncommitted flirt and tended to string everyone along, even sev, and to say he's hesitant about loving again is an understatement. he's honestly afraid of the possibility. he only really grows romantically attached to those he's close to, so romance would take a while, but high-energy friends that remind him of his old best friend would probably be the most likely for him to fall for. history has a nasty tendency to repeat itself, after all.

friends. avery isn't exactly high-energy, but he is friendly, and much prefers pleasant relationships to tumultuous ones. he isn't the sort to pursue a friendship first, but he'll gladly reciprocate if someone approaches him and tries to make conversation. some consider him eccentric, due to his extreme interests in things such as horror films and other scary media, but he's harmless for the most part. he won't be the life of anyone's party, but he enjoys playing the supporting role quite a bit, and tends to slightly alter the way he acts to best fit the situation. like sev, he works a bit better with stronger personalities, but he's okay with having a mellow, chill sort of meeting with someone less energetic as well.
enemies. he tries to avoid confrontation as much as possible, being quite the submissive individual. if he pisses someone off he'll tend to apologize endlessly or try to appease them rather than fighting back, unless pushed to his absolute breaking point. he isn't the type to hold a grudge, but it's always interesting to see how he deals with people who aren't as forgiving as he is. he won't label someone as an enemy first, but if your character finds some fault with him, it'd certainly be a fun interaction!
romance. he's been 'secretly' head over heels for his best friend, mike sommer, for ages now, but he's utterly terrified of telling him so -- or of realizing his sexuality in general. it might be interesting if he actually wound up with someone else before his feelings for mike came into the open, though whatever feelings he had for the other person wouldn't be nearly as strong, and he'd probably wind up breaking things off once he realized that. it'd be good for him to become a little more comfortable with his own feelings and preferences essentially, even if it might not be a lasting romance -- more of a fling or brief puppy love sort of deal.
