This meowth is deceptively lazy. A former part of the Alolan police force and special task unit he uses his species natural laziness as a cover in order to get the information he needs. He knows that Alolan Meowth's get a bad rap for being shady looking so why not help people with it.

He doesn't say much, especially when its smarter to keep his mouth shut. But he does have a long memory and a strong sense of justice. He looks forward to being able to help clean up what ruffians the Inset Region might have. He doesn't particularly like battling unless he has to or unless someone smaller than him is in danger. Then its his natural police instincts kicking in to give a helping hand. He won't hesitate to put to a stop to any wrongdoing he manages to catch wind of, or find a way to rat the person out.
