perks . Perks are less about what your character does for a living and more about what kind of trainer they are. Not everyone has a job; some people are too young to enter the workforce or they might even battle pokemon for a living! Everyone has a trainer style though, regardless of who they are and what they do. There is no pidgeonholing certain jobs into a certain Perk. Two detectives do not have to both be Trainers, and even a Professor doesn't have to be a Reasercher. Anyone is free to take gym challenges, participate in contests, breed pokemon or even do reseach. Perks are simply what they are a little bit better at. Note that it is not required to challenge Gyms or do Contests. These are optional for anyone wanting a challenge. Different Perks provide different rewards. After your character is locked into one Perk, they can not change it. Below are the rewards claimed by each Perk. - Trainers pokemon become Exhausted at level 7 instead of level 5.
- Coordinators can buy evolution items at a 20% markdown.
- Breeders range for egg production are 2-4 instead of 1-3.
- Researchers take fewer threads to hatch pokemon and get all pokeballs on a 50% markdown.
In the 'Perks' section of the app, you will put one of these four Perks. In the case of Researchers, whenever an egg has a 'Threads to Hatch', that number is reduced by 1 for the Researcher. A pokemon with 3 Threads to Hatch will only require 2. The minimum is 1 Thread to Hatch, so a pokemon that already has 1 Thread to Hatch cannot go down any lower. If the Researchers trades this egg before it hatches, the number required will go back to the previous. For example, an Egg requires 3 Threads to Hatch. When the Researcher has it, that is bumped down to 2 Threads to Hatch. If the Researcher trades it to a Trainer, it requires 3 Threads to Hatch for the Trainer. MADE BY ★MEULK

rangers . rangers are a special class on Reach. being a ranger is a Career and not a Perk. a career is your job, and with jobs come expectations. you keep your Perk, so you can have Ranger-Breeders, Ranger-Coordinators, etc. Rangers are the International Police Force of the region, joining together with other Rangers from all over the world to bring high profile criminals to justice. It's their duty to act as both a mediator between human and pokemon as well as being first responders to disasters. Rangers are very highly respected for their bravery and sacrifice. All Rangers start at the lowest rank and have to work their way up the ladder. Rangers do this by completing Missions. For each successful Mission, Rangers gain points. Rangers can lose points if they are caught behaving badly or if they fail a particularly important Mission. After they have collected enough points, Rangers can apply to take a Rank Up Mission. If they complete this Mission, they Rank Up and can start earning points for the next level! Ranks are numbered, starting at Rank 1 and ending at Rank 10. Rank 10s are more commonly known as Top Rangers and are famous throughout all the regions as heroes. The higher level you are, the fewer of that Rank there are. 1 is the most common since it is the lowest. There are only a handful of Rank 10s in the entire world. The higher your Ranger Rank is the more respect or well known your character might be aside from 'faceless Ranger 074'. However, this does not give you a right to try and boss around other member's characters. Rank 10s are not the leaders of the Rangers, just some of the most reliable and skilled. People will be more likely to listen to you, but that does not mean they have to do what you say. MADE BY ★MEULK
