From behind the shrine leads to a forest path that's almost hidden from view. This is the way to route 2. Travel through the forest carefully though because while it looks quaint there are all sorts of dead-end paths that could get you out of sorts. Following the main path should be fine though, right?

Settled on the opposite bank from Circinus City, Grus City offers a variety of hotels and restaurants as a respite for road-weary travelers. While the city itself boasts a very rundown gym, the local cuisine and sprawling riverfront market make it a great place to stop and relax. If nothing else, make sure to spend a night before moving on; the nighttime view of Circinus from across the river is nothing shy of breathtaking!

A flat and dry plainland. The grass here crackles with electricity every time it sways in the wind. Some people say it's because of the high concentration of electric pokemon, but others say the electric types are drawn to the natural static in the air. Either way, be careful or you might get shocked.

You can find all sorts of shops here from an adoption center which takes in wayward Pokemon to stores to buy special items for your Pokemon. While its hidden away past the city this route is a cavern waiting to be explored. Glowing mushrooms illuminate the twists and turns making it easy to get lost but rangers often travel through to make sure that no one stays that way. The deeper you go the stranger things tend to get.

While not really a town this place is where a large group of rangers have made their main base. What they can't get from their own two hands they make the journey to Elara Town to receive. Despite being towards the base of a mountain the air is considerably warmer here than in Elara Town. This is also a place where you can receive a starter Pokemon, albeit in not the traditional manner.

While route 6 goes underground route 7 takes you high above. A winding trail with cold air blasting you at every turn it's not an easy journey to make. In fact, most people recommend that you don't do it alone for safety reasons. If you're really feeling worried you can always wait for a ranger patrol as well to come through and help to escort you.

While the Meissa Villa is warm and sunny, Borealis City is the opposite. A cold place where the weather is always frigid and more often than not a soft snow is falling from the sky. Despite that the winds of change have swept the city and it seems much more modern than some of the other places in the region. The people here have taken to technology to keep them warm at night.

A large span of water that cuts off the lower half of the region from the top. You can barely just make out what might be the shore from each side. At least you can if the fog lifts long enough for it. If you don't have a Pokemon with surf available its recommended that you get a ranger or the ferry to help you cross. Swimming would be very, very dangerous.
